Artists and merchandisers submitting artwork for custom-packaged Spares products agree that:

  • Spares may use the artwork only for fulfilling their order

  • No unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is permitted

  • Spares may display images of the final manufactured product only on its website or social media

Full artwork terms are detailed in the Merchandiser & Artwork License Agreement, which governs any custom work.

4. Ordering, Payment & Fulfillment

All purchases and commission-driven orders must be processed directly through Spares.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All sales are final once production begins

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to production, shipping, or carrier delays

  • Spares is not responsible for missed tour dates or lost profits caused by shipping delays

  • Artwork must be approved before production begins

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, earplugs cannot be returned or resold once shipped.

Custom-packaged orders are not refundable once artwork is approved and production begins.

Replacement may be offered in cases of manufacturing defects at the discretion of Spares.

6. Merchandiser Program

Individuals participating in the Spares Merchandiser Program agree to:

  • Act solely as independent contractors

  • Not represent themselves as employees or agents of Spares

  • Refrain from collecting payments on behalf of Spares

  • Follow all terms within the Merchandiser & Artwork License Agreement

Commissions are paid only for verified, fully funded orders placed through official channels.

Spares reserves the right to revoke merchandiser status at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions — is the property of Spares unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce website content

  • Use Spares branding without permission

  • Create misleading or unauthorized representations of Spares products

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spares is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
