Introduction & Submission Instructions
(For Merchandisers & Artists Submitting Orders)
The Spares Merchandiser & Artwork License Agreement outlines the working relationship between Spares Earplugs and touring merchandisers who wish to represent our custom-packaged products to artists. It also establishes the legal terms under which artists may submit their logos, artwork, names, and branding for use on Spares custom packaging.
This Agreement ensures that:
- Merchandisers are formally recognized as independent representatives authorized to arrange orders on behalf of touring artists.
- Commission payments, order processes, and delivery timelines are clearly defined.
- Artists’ intellectual property remains fully protected and used only for the production of their custom-packaged Spares orders.
- Spares complies with proper licensing, reproduction limits, and brand integrity for all submitted artwork.
- Both parties understand their rights and responsibilities throughout the production and fulfillment process.
All merchandisers must review, sign, and return the Agreement before presenting Spares products to artists or submitting referrals for commission.
How to Sign the Agreement
Please follow the steps below to officially begin working with Spares:
- Review the full contract carefully.
Ensure you understand your commission structure, your role as an independent contractor, and the terms under which artwork may be submitted. - Complete the Merchandiser Information section.
Fill in your name, company (if applicable), phone number, and email address. - Sign and date the Agreement.
Electronic or handwritten signatures are both accepted unless otherwise required by your company or management. - Submit the signed Agreement to Spares.
