Refund & Return Policy

Spares Earplugs produces custom-packaged hearing protection for touring artists, merchandisers, and entertainment professionals. Due to the nature of custom production and hygiene safety, all sales are final.
Please review the full policy below before placing an order.


1. All Sales Are Final

Because each order includes custom-branded packaging and involves hygiene-related products, Spares cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than verified manufacturing defects.

Once payment is submitted, your order is immediately placed into our production queue and cannot be canceled or altered.


2. No Returns or Exchanges

For health, safety, and custom branding production reasons, we do not accept returns of any kind, including:

  • Unopened orders

  • Unused earplugs

  • Incorrect quantities

  • Unsold tour stock

  • Customer decision changes

Please confirm your order quantity and artwork before submitting payment.


3. Manufacturing Defects

All Spares earplugs are inspected, verified, and sealed inside:

  • A custom printed bubble-mailer

  • A hard-shell pocket case

  • With all included accessories

Manufacturing defects are extremely unlikely due to this controlled process.

If you believe a product is defective, contact us immediately with clear photos or video.
Replacements for defects are handled case by case at Spares’ discretion.


4. Damaged Deliveries

If your shipment arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling:

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier

  • We will provide documentation, photos (if applicable), and support

  • Replacement items will only be issued if the carrier reimburses the loss or damage

Spares cannot replace items free of charge for carrier-caused damage.


5. Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays are outside our control.
We cannot offer refunds, returns, or credits for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • High-volume season delays

  • Lost-in-transit delays (carrier claim required)

We help file claims, but we do not provide refunds for delayed shipments.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If the customer provides an incorrect address:

  • We will assist in rerouting the shipment where possible

  • All associated costs (rerouting, reshipping, carrier fees) are the responsibility of the buyer

  • If the package is lost due to incorrect address entry, Spares is not responsible

Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order.


7. Unsold Stock

Spares is not responsible for unsold merchandise.
Custom-packaged products are manufactured to the artist’s exact order and cannot be returned to inventory.

Unsold units can be:

  • Sold through the artist’s website

  • Used for VIP packages

  • Given as promotional or fan club items

  • Included in future show merch

In practice, Spares units sell extremely well alongside higher-priced merch items.
