Fast, Reliable Delivery for Custom Spares Orders

Spares Earplugs are manufactured and shipped with touring schedules in mind. Our goal is to deliver your custom-packaged products as quickly and reliably as possible so you can stock your merch tables on time.

All shipping policies below apply to custom and wholesale orders placed through Spares Earplugs.


Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped directly from:

Los Angeles, California

This allows for fast, predictable domestic delivery times.


Where We Ship To

We ship within the contiguous 48 United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

However, we can ship to commercial shipping centers or UPS Stores, provided they supply a physical street address and a unit or box number.


Shipping Carriers

Most shipments are sent via:

UPS
(Other carriers may be used depending on shipment size.)

Tracking numbers are provided with every order once the package has been scanned into the carrier’s system.


Production & Shipping Timelines

Standard Production Timelines

  • Orders up to 100 units:
    Ship within 7–10 business days after:

    • Artwork is submitted

    • Artwork is approved

    • Payment is received

  • Orders over 100 units:
    Typically get delivered within 29–45 days depending on production volume.

Standard Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

2–5 business days 

Shipping time may vary during busy seasons or due to carrier delays.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. (Normal shipping is fine 99% of the time)
For expedited shipping needs, contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and shipper fees.


Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included in the product cost.
There are no additional shipping fees for standard deliveries within the contiguous 48 states.

Expedited shipping requires an additional payment.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages

Spares will replace an order only if the shipping carrier reimburses the loss.
We will immediately assist in:

  • Filing a carrier claim

  • Providing required paperwork

  • Offering documentation needed to support reimbursement

Replacements are handled case by case.

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by USPS or any third-party carrier are outside our control.
We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates, even with tour-aligned scheduling.


Return & Replacement Policy

Because Spares Earplugs are custom-packaged products and hygiene-sensitive items, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.

All sales are final.

Before placing an order, please ensure:

  • The quantity is correct

  • Artwork is reviewed and approved

  • You understand your tour or event timeline

We are not responsible for unsold stock.
However, most artists successfully sell remaining units through:

  • Their own website

  • Online stores

  • VIP packs

  • Promotional gifting

  • Fan club bundles

In practice, custom Spares consistently sell through across all genres and tour types.
